Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing portalhemlockcore.click or engaging Portalhemlockcore Mining Review Co. (“we”, “us”) for on-site assessments or written reports, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services Description

We provide independent mining equipment reviews, on-site audits, and incremental capacity planning consultations for hardware rated at 0.05 TH/s and above. We do not sell mining equipment, host hashrate, or operate mining pools. Informational content on this site is general guidance, not a substitute for a scoped engagement letter.

3. Quotes and Engagements

Service fees are quoted in Korean won. A written quote or engagement letter defines scope, deliverables, and payment schedule. Deposits reserve calendar dates and are non-transferable to third parties without our consent.

4. Intellectual Property

Report PDFs, photographs, sketches, and measurement data we produce remain our copyright until full payment. Upon payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your facility operations, compliance correspondence, and contractor pricing. You may not resell or publicly redistribute our reports without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

You must provide safe access to electrical panels, racks, and roofs as scoped. You are responsible for informing staff of our visit. You must disclose known hazards. Failure to provide access may result in partial billing for reserved time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our findings reflect conditions observed on visit dates. We do not guarantee future hash rates, utility prices, or regulatory outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under South Korean law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for equipment purchases you make based on our reports.

7. Website Use

You may not scrape the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use contact forms for unsolicited marketing. We may suspend access for abuse.

8. Third-Party Links

References to manufacturers, electricians, or suppliers are informational. We do not control third-party sites or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Jeju-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
